President Daniel Miller of the Texas Nationalist Movement, recently invited David Singhiser to be a writer for The Texas Nationalist Movement's website, TexasNationalist.com. After reading one of Mr. Singhiser's articles on Texas Independence on the blog, Libertas.ws. President Miller contacted Mr Singhiser about writing for the Texas Nationalists. Mr Miller told us, "I just read the newest article that [David] posted. It's another fantastic piece of work. I greatly appreciate [his] efforts. Which is why I wanted to find out if [he] would be a regular contributor to our site."
Although Mr. Singhiser lives in Honolulu when not traveling around the world, he's a strong supporter of Texas Independence. When asked why, Mr. Singhiser said, "I grew up in Austin. Almost all of my family lives in Central Texas. I'll always be a Texan no matter where I live, so I'll always be interested in what's going on in Texas. The current national crisis, however, both economically and constitutionally, has brought me to the conclusion that Texas Independence would be the best for Texas - Just the threat might wake people up in the rest of the nation, but I think things have gone beyond that. The Federal Government is a burden on Texas, and even worse the Federal Government has violated the Constitution to such an extent that The Constitution no longer restrains Washington's grab for power. It's not only a matter of freedom and liberty it is now a matter of survival."
Mr. Singhiser, a former university Spanish lecturer and now internet marketer and writer, travels around the world helping others market their services and products on the internet. Why the career change? "I became psychologically unemployable!"
