The Castle Hills “Home for the Holidays” incentive packages offer new homebuyers holiday bonus gift cards valued from $550 to $2,500 to Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Dillard’s and Castle Hills’ Avalon’s Restaurant. Some of the homebuyer incentive packages include payment of neighborhood or residential association homeowners’ dues for one year, depending on the phase of the community.
