In addition to her consulting firm, Iris Ware has recently formed a non-profit organization entitled Economic Empowerment Training Center (EETC). The goal of EETC is to offer to individuals, businesses and agencies high quality programs related to job seeking, career planning, skills assessment, training, retraining and preparing youths and young adults for career success.
