Right Now Marketing Group apologizes for the error. Some Collision on Wheels franchisees use these water-based toners; however, not all of them do.
The rest of the content in the press release was true. Mike Tompkins is aware of the impact that auto body repair shops have on our planet so he does choose to repair, rather than replace, plastic bumpers whenever possible to reduce the amount of trash going to the landfills. Mike recommends replacing the part only if the repair time is unreasonable or the quality of the results would be unsatisfactory.
There are other ways that Collision on Wheels is helping to preserve our environment, including being mobile. Everything the technician needs is in their work vans; they do not work out of a traditional auto body repair garage.
