INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK has recently secured McDonalds India as its customer, which was surely the goddess of fate, Fortuna who wished the 500,000th service checker to come from India.
With the arrival of Jameel Shabnoor from Mumbai, there are now half a million people available to INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK as mystery shoppers worldwide. With our increased band of service checkers, INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK can further extends its strong position as a global service supplier for mystery shopping services. The extension of our Indian service checkers base increases our Asian presence, which is a critical market for our business.
Tobias Kurzmaier, business spokesman for INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK (ISC), a worldwide mystery shopping company discusses the recruitment of our 500,000th service checker, “For us this is an enormous endorsement from people of different cultures, nationalities and religions and is rewarding proof of their trust in the competence and integrity of International Service Check.”
He goes on further to say that he still remembers back to the beginning of 2007, when we welcomed our 250,000th tester to our database from Warsaw in Poland. “We may have wished to double our number of testers in two and a half years, but we are nevertheless extremely surprised by this meteoric development. We would naturally like Mrs Shabnoor in Mumbai to know, not that she could have guessed, just how important a service checker she is and we would like to give her our attention”, he says.
On average, INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK registers 25 new service checkers a day from America, England to Australia. “It could just as well have been someone from New York, Hamburg or Melbourne. In India we are currently recruiting an increased number of test customers, as we continue to deal with a growing number of businesses there”, Mr Kurzmaier says.
“With the addition of India, McDonalds has now entrusted us with its 34th country, meaning we alone test all of its restaurants in these countries. We have half a million testers at our disposal that we are able to utilise but this also means equally that it is our responsibility to create further new internal resources and tools”, explains Mr Kurzmaier.
INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK realises the importance of quantitative strength but this must be accompanied by tests and evaluations of the highest quality. Mr Kurzmaier goes on to say, “With our new innovative reporting tool with real time data, ISCIS Analytics, INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK has succeeded in a revolutionary development in the reporting of mystery shopping”.
In over 35 countries, INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK is a leading worldwide mystery shopping company offering mystery shopping programs, competitor analysis and service quality checking services. INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK serves the Finance, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
