Dec. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- Today humanity is at a crossroads where both chaos and a new order are emerging.  Old structures and ways of operating in the world are falling apart simultaneously creating a pivotal opportunity for human beings to reinvent themselves and decide on how they really want to live. Learning to allow the self to live in joy, love, abundance and other positive energies after living thousands of years with the mental program that adversity is a natural requirement of one’s existence is new territory for most people. The brain is naturally hard wired to focus on negative outcomes that produce a negative response or energetic tone within the body.

Famous teachers and renowned authors reveal that the “secret” to living a successful and abundant lifestyle is to feel happiness now.  Although happiness is a person’s natural state of existence, many people still spend a lifetime struggling to find it. If a person is raised in an environment where the dominant belief held is that life is tough and that one must work exceptionally hard to achieve the things they want, they are taught to look to external circumstances for validation of success.  Searching outside of the self for happiness keeps one existing in a state of want, struggle or lack.  What is desired continues to remain out of reach. Living this way for an extended period of time ultimately gives rise to negative feelings of not being worthy, deserving, or good enough to achieve what is really wanted.  Any time a specific thought and equivalent feeling is sustained long enough within the body it becomes the dominant sensation as it establishes set points that perpetuate for more of the same familiar tone. After living in adversity for so long, how does one make a successful shift from feeling bad about themselves and their life to embrace profound heights of joy?  Elizabeth’s mission is to show people how to ignite joy in their lives by helping them to fulfill answers to these two questions: How does one find joy when they have spent a lifetime of not feeling it? And, once a person is finally able to consciously arouse a state of joy, how do they sustain it and allow it to expand within them without sabotaging their new found success?

“We are standing on the edge of a new way of living.  Since the beginning of our evolution as a human species, we have lived in survival mode, where the dominant thought has been that there is never enough, and that a person needs to fight and struggle in order to ensure their security in the world.  When we educate ourselves on the principles of natural universal laws, such as the powerful Law of Attraction, and apply them into our lives, we begin to understand that the world we live in is abundant and reflective of how we feel on the inside.  Since we currently have access to countless knowledgeable resources as to how to survive physically in the world today, it is time to bring our focus inward and live more authentically. Tuning into the inner guidance of the heart and living from the wisdom that emerges from that space fills a person with a deep sense of meaning and purpose. There is no greater joy than to live and work according to what one feels the most passion for.” states Elizabeth.

Elizabeth shows people that joy is found in the simple things of everyday life.  She helps people to discover their inner voice, special gifts and unique talents.  She provides profound advice as to how to create the time and space to nurture the self in order to fulfill one’s deepest needs and wants.  Elizabeth provides many processes for self-discovery including her renowned Intentional Scrapbooking Method™.
Elizabeth recommends three things a person can do today to find joy:
•   Honor your current feelings by observing them and allowing them to flow through you.
•   Spend time every day thinking about how you really want your life to be.
•   Take some form of action whether you journal, collect pictures or create a piece of art that represents the things that bring joy and happiness into your life.

She exclaims, “Self awareness is a process that requires courage and determined will power. Everyone has the same potential to achieve profound states of joy and overflowing abundance.  All it takes is the willingness for something new to emerge and when one combines it with intentional awareness their unique magnificence begins to unfold.”
