The look of hair up is a classic with centuries of elegance. The shag, the soft texture, the movement, the long heavy fringe down to the brow at the front.
Classic style does not have to mean stuffy, dull hair design. Its sinuous lines can be a treat to the eye. Classic simply means that it is not going to be out of fashion in a season or even in years. In some cases…never.
By its very nature, hair is intended to enhance your image. If your hair speaks quietly of your image, do the right thing and your hair will not be afraid to raise its voice!
Sophisticated hairdressers have made the up do a smart, luxury look. The hair-up style does not have to be perfect. In fact, a few loose strands make it more natural looking, plus it is easy to keep looking well for the entire occasion.
For myself, the style that I like most to do is the up do. For special occasions nothing looks better than things that go against gravity. Hair-up is a symbol of sophistication;
Hair ornaments are making a great comeback also. They have been seen all over the runways at recent fashion shows—Chanel, Dior, Valentino. On my last trip to California every woman seemed to have at least one girlish accessory stuck somewhere in her hair. But among top hairstylists, the verdict is split.
The accessories are very creative they allow for a natural look. Broken up by clips here and there, but as a practical person, the older you get, the fewer you should use. In my opinion the best are the simplest. I am not crazy about rhinestones and glitter unless, of course, you want to decorate the room.
Remember- break the rules, and manage to make something happen wherever you go.
