Forward thinking debt collection company in association with brokers are assisting bad debtors financial assistance and advice to clear their debts and live within their means.
The Portugal based debt collection company Windsoriano Lda have introduced a service to help debtors. Through their association with the Loule, Algarve based financial brokering company MoneyMais, debtors, both commercial and private, can request assistance to consolidate their debts.
MoneyMais’s trained counsellors review the total debt the debtor has, they look at their total income and outgoings. In most cases finance is arranged that will payoff all the debtors debts, normally this restructuring results in the total monthly out-goings being much less than the debtor is presently paying.
In the event where re-financing is not possible, MoneyMais act as intermediaries with all creditors, negotiating an acceptable payment plan that is comfortable for the debtors to meet on a monthly basis. In some cases MoneyMais can successfully negotiate a significantly reduced ‘full and final’ settlement amount.
