Is Manny Pacquiao on steroids? According to Floyd Mayweather, Sr. he believes he is on steroids and "juiced up". He stated from one of his videos,  "I believe he's on some type of supplements. I'm convinced about a lot of (boxers)," Mayweather Sr. said. "That's what they're doing right now. Everybody should be checked a little bit more thoroughly. Sometimes people know what's going on but they ain't saying nothing."
Another boxer who had an interview with Ring Talk Radio claimed that the reason why he was able to take Miguel Cotto's hard punches was because he was on steroids.

Is it true he is using steroids? Manny Pacquiao gets his power from his legs. His legs are like tree trunks that aids him with his punching power. His genetic make up is awesome that he does not get tired. His perseverance, sacrifice, and dedication in training as a boxer are some of his keys to success in the boxing ring. The fact is Manny Pacquiao has often been tested for drugs and other performance enhancing substances and so far he has passed them all. Until he fails a test, all the talks of him using steroids does not hold against him and just another excuse in a long list of excuses to downgrade Pacquiao’s accomplishments. It is not fair for any individual who works hard in what they do to be accused of something they are not doing.
