Keyed-Up Motorsports In NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Names Zachary Boals Director Of Marketing

Boals heading efforts to secure 2010 full-season sponsorship for the No. 90 Chevrolet Impala team owner Raymond Key.
 
Dec. 4, 2009 - PRLog -- Mooresville, NC – Keyed-Up Motorsports, the new NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team founded by prominent Virginia businessman Raymond Key and debuting its No. 90 Chevrolet Impala in the 2010 Daytona 500, announced today it has named long-time Key associate Zachary (Zac) Boals as the team’s Director of Marketing.

Boals will lead the Keyed-Up Motorsports marketing and sponsorship teams and also oversee the team’s activation of sports sponsorship execution trackside and at various non-NASCAR events thoughout the United States. Boals current priority is heading the new Sprint Cup Series team’s search for high-quality, dynamic sponsorship opportunities. In addition, Boals will also oversee Keyed-Up’s public relations staff.

Boals, a Virginia Beach, VA native, started his NASCAR career as a young pit crew member of Shannon Racing, competing throughout the short-tracks of Virginia and North Carolina. Boals continued in NASCAR with Shannon Racing as public relations manager for driver Joey Shannon. In 2003, Boals was named public relations manager for the Key Motorsports Camping World Truck Series team when it started operations. Boals then made the move in 2009 to the Sprint Cup Series when Raymond Key formed the Keyed-Up Motorsports No. 90 Chevrolet Impala Team.
