Envido announce acquisition of Procuro

Dec. 4, 2009 - PRLog -- The combined companies will operate under the Envido name and brand, with headquarters located in London, and two regional offices in Manchester and Ipswich. Under the agreement, Procuro will effectively form the ‘Technology’ division of Envido, focused on implementation and project management of the company’s technology-based services.

The acquisition of Procuro by Envido creates one of the broadest customer bases of any energy and carbon management service provider in the UK, with clients across an extensive range of private companies, government entities and educational institutions.
Following the acquisition, Envido’s client base has expanded from 100 to a total of 180 public and private sector organizations, adding a larger number of manufacturing companies to its reach, including Rolls Royce, Mars, Sandvik and Saint Gobain.
