Rugged, Handheld ADSL2+ Tester

The handheld tester is an ideal tool for ILECs, CLECs, and sub-contractors, who are responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of ADSL1, ADSL2 and ADSL2+ circuits. It supports multiple protocols including PPPoE (RFC 2516), PPPoA-LLC/VC MUX (RFC 2364), RFC 1483/ RFC 2684 bridged and routed modes, Static IP and DHCP.
The ADSL2+ tester, model DD200, supports fixed single IP and multi IP service tests, loop resistance measurement and distance estimation; the tests can be conducted by the simple press of a single button. The tester measures and reports vital line parameters, as well, offers modem emulation and ISP login function, beep alarms and LED indications. This ADSL2+tester has a large memory capacity of 1024kB RAM to store test results and configuration. It complies with current ADSL standards such as ITU-T G.992.1 (G.DMT), ITU-T G.992.2 (G.Lite), ANSI TI.413 Issue 2, ITU-T G.992.3 (ADSL2), RE-ADSL2 and ITU-T G.992.5 (ADSL2+). This rugged tester is equipped with a high resolution LCD screen with smart navigation menu and can be upgraded via RJ45 or RS232 interface.
