NAPA— November 30, 2009—Todd Zapolski of Zapolski Real Estate has bought the property at 301 First Street in downtown Napa. The +/-12,000 square foot property is the current location of JV Wine and Spirits, an outgrowth of the first Vallerga’s Market grocery store which opened in Napa in 1947.
The local store’s lease on the property continues through the sale. Jim Henry and Gary Van Dam of Strong and Hayden Commercial Real Estate represented both seller and buyer in the transaction.
The property is a welcome addition to Zapolski Real Estate’s portfolio of land investments in Northern California. The previous owner was Campos Campos Alonzo & Ritchie, a limited partnership, represented by Trustee Jim Nord.
