Serenity Travel Club, of Newark, DE has added a travel agent to its in-house staff.
Most members access the club's travel services through a call center. The club is responding to members who prefer to make face-to-face travel arrangements. The club maintains two travel agents on site.
The new agent comes with more than 15 years' experience, having worked for AAA and Rosenbluth, and is widely traveled, enabling expert personal advice for less-experienced travelers.
