Visit Scotland is the national tourism organisation for Scotland and operates a visitor centre network in more than 100 locations.
Design Interface was initially commissioned to review the visitor centre business model when as a result of reorganisation of tourism in Scotland our client became responsible country wide for visitor centres.
The project scope included:
Identify the most appropriate business model for visitor centres
Identify product and services opportunities
Devise and implement a new interior design scheme
