Didier Spella is the newest Business Coach to join the ActionCOACH community.
He discovered ActionCOACH after perusing the Internet, trying to figure out what he wanted to do next with his career. When he saw ActionCOACH’
“The concept and the lifestyle were attractive to me,” Spella said. “I wanted to be able to spend more time with my family, have a flexible lifestyle, but still do something worthwhile in terms of my career.”
Spella was previously an officer in the French Air Force, and after that, he worked for IBM. For both jobs, he advised officers and business leaders, developed systems and team building, and coached employees through situations. Since he’s already had experience advising, developing and coaching, Spella believes his future clients will benefit from his skills tremendously.

Spella’s office will be near La Rochelle in the southwest of France. His Master Licensee is Xavier Sinsou. Spellla is excited to get started on his new career as a Business Coach.
