Moki Systems and MorpH2O to unveil new, much anticipated products.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec 02, 2009 -
Moki Systems (www.MokiSystems.com), a full service web and database development
company, has partnered with soil moisture instrumentation specialist MorpH2O
(www.morpH2O.com) to announce the NetStation and SatLogger on-line soil moisture
monitoring solutions at Irrigation Show 2009 (www.irrigationshow.org). MorpH2O
products measure the amount of water contained in agricultural soils. Careful
monitoring of soil moisture allows the farmer to apply only the needed amount of water
to his crops. This results in substantial gains in crop yield and lowered energy costs.

The NetStation and SatLogger products, running exclusively on the MetriDyne data
collection and delivery platform, will deliver real-time data from the farm directly to the
end user via the Internet. NetStation allows the owner of MorpH2O supplied soil
moisture monitoring equipment to collect his data over an existing DSL, cable or wireless
Internet connection. SatLogger is deployed in locations where no Internet is available
and uses the Orbcomm low earth orbit satellite network (www.orbcomm.com). Both
cost effective solutions supply a missing link that brings actionable data directly to end
users in a timely manner. The MetriDyne platform is a hosted web service provided by
Moki Systems.

MorpH2O Managing Partner Phil Berger: "Our customers love our soil moisture
monitoring tools but are telling us that they desperately need better access to the data.
We anticipate that rapid delivery of real-time soil moisture data via the Internet will
make our products substantially more valuable to our customers."

James Cluff, director of sales at Moki Systems: "Moki Systems prides itself in delivering
robust solutions in the environmental data collection space. The MetriDyne real-time
data collection and delivery platform is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that
relieves vendors, such as MorpH2O, and end users from the tedium and expense of
installing and maintaining software on their computers. Instead, data is quickly
accessed via a web browser."

NetStation and SatLogger will be available in the 2nd quarter of 2010.
