Eporex is the latest aesthetic innovation that works by painlessly introducing therapeutic formulations through the skin and into the scar tissue, without breaking the skin as with traditional injections. This is achieved through Eporex’s unique technology Isophoresis, which introduces the nutrients deep into the skin beneath the epidermis. The cosmetic ingredients are affected by an electric wave which creates electrically charged particles in the substance, opens tiny channels in the skin and propels the ingredients into the skin.
Eporex Stretch Mark treatment reduces the visible signs of stretch marks and reduces scar size whilst normalising skin tissue colour.
A combination of vitamins, minerals and amino acids are introduced into and below the scar tissue. These non-toxic ingredients already exist in the body and have vital functions, or there are enzymes within the body that act in the same way.
The ingredients include Zinc Gluconate, a cofactor for many enzymes required for healing damaged skin; Arginine hcl is a key building block to repair damaged tissue promoting healthy metabolism and helping to maintain youthful protein synthesis within cells; Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine aid the growth and repair of skin and muscle tissue; Carnosine and Methionine rejuvenate cells approaching senescence, restoring normal appearance and extending cellular life span; Hydrolyzed Elastin and Cyclodextrin promote the production of Elastin, it being the protein that assures elasticity and firmness in the human skin; Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and Rutin promote healthy cell development, strengthening the walls of the capillaries;
General Treatment procedure - The ingredients are added to a bottle of conductive gel and thoroughly mixed. You place your hand on an earth pad. Eporex massages the formula into the affected area and you should feel a tingling sensation on the hand, but this should never be uncomfortable. The ingredients in the gel are absorbed beneath the skin and are utilised by the developing cells to regenerate the tissue. The excess gel is then removed to leave the skin feeling refreshed and revitalised.
The treatment time is 20 minutes and the number of treatments needed varies from case to case but you are likely to see a major improvement after just a couple of treatments.
