Calgary AB, Canada – December 1, 2009 –  Canadian author Wayne Edward Clarke has originated a set of solutions that are realistic, self-consistent, and comprehensive, designed to restore the environment and maximize health, happiness, efficiency, prosperity, and security, while minimizing un-necessary suffering.  These solutions have been summarized in a concise book.
