Three Texas Acreages to be Auctioned on December 5

Everything is bigger Texas – including the amount of recreational opportunities. Buyers will soon have the chance to purchase three prime Texas acreages during two upcoming auction events. Rising Star Ranch, consisting of 100 acres and a farmhouse in Rising Star and two Cleburne properties, a 72.56 acre property and a 16+/- acre property with home, will be sold on Saturday, December 5.

The auctions will be conducted by Brett Thomas, auctioneer/owner of United Country – Thomas Auction Marketing. The Rising Star Ranch auction will be held at the property located at 1402 CR 239 in Rising Star, Texas at 11 a.m. The Cleburne property auction will take place at1569 CR 1224 in Cleburne, Texas, at 2 p.m. Online bidding for both auctions will be provided by Proxibid.
