Excitement Mounts as Affiliate Convention Gears Up

Beto Paredes, CEO of ApogeeInvent; a web development company, returns to the Affiliate Convention this year to participate in the final panel. After receiving a standing ovation at the June, 2009 Affiliate Convention in Denver, Colo., Paredes was asked to speak at the upcoming convention in Los Angeles, Calif. The event, which regularly attracts over 1,000 affiliates, will be held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles from Dec. 3-4, 2009. Paredes is planning to address the topics of advanced technologies, video widgets and script optimization for the convention’s unique audience.

“I’m honored to be asked to return and speak about this rapidly advancing field,” Paredes said. “I’m excited to share my thoughts and expertise with other marketing professionals.” 2009 was a busy year for ApogeeInvent, with the creation of several new partnerships in the affiliate advertising industry. Paredes will be speaking at 10:30 AM in the Constellation Ballroom II on December 4, and again in the Constellation Ballroom II at 1:30 PM. The panels are titled “BEST PROGRAMS, BEST OFFERS,” and “ADVANCED AFFILIATE TECHNOLOGIES.”

Hosted by a consortium of non-biased media outlets, the convention facilitates conversation and networking among affiliates. Attendees interact and learn through education and training sessions, exhibit hall, targeted skills sessions and WebmasterRadio.FM’s Affiliate Bash. Speakers and panelists will address affiliates of all experience levels, teaching important skills on optimally managing their marketing business.
