Nov. 30, 2009 - PRLog -- (Haverhill, MA) DeAngelis Studio students had a blast performing at JP McBrides on Sunday, November 29th.  The show opened with DeAngelis Rock School's newest band, Spazmonkey, followed by adult band The Stragglers and 3rd Floor Chaos.  Next up were three great talents from Performance Camp, Erika, Megan and Alex.  Then came the veterans, Kelly & The Cosmic Noise and the Black Diamonds.

The audience members were very impressed and cheered loudly - Christine, who brought her son and several other children commented, "That was a lot of fun today, the kids are amazing!".  Another happy audience member, Eileen, said "Thank you for providing this opportunity for my family.  We look forward to attending more of your events."

All the kids did great and you could see the changes and improvements of the bands who had played other past events.  New-comer, Josh Santos, was an amazing frontman at his very first show and Jonathan Powers, also his first show, looked like a seasoned veteran.

The Black Diamonds debuted their first original song to an awestruck crowd and were at the top of their game.

Kelly & The Cosmic Noise played like the pros and brought a big crowd as usual and Spazmonkey, with their first show ever, left the crowds excited to see them again.

3rd Floor Chaos wowed the crowds with current favorite "Holiday" and The Stragglers had a great time and impressed the crowds with "Walk Away".

The Eagle Tribune made this event complete with Mike LaBella's great article, which he placed on the front page the following morning, "Local 'Rock School' helping kids find the Jonas Brothers in them".  Mike spoke to several Rock School band members including Jonathan Powers from 3rd Floor Chaos and Henry McIntyre from the Black Diamonds and was able to see some great pictures that Staff Photographer, Roger Darrigrand, took during a Black Diamond rehearsal.
