Parker's icountACM20
Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, will be exhibiting its latest range of solutions for monitoring aviation fuel contamination at this year’s Ground Handling International conference. The event, which will be taking place in Naples, Italy, between 16 and 18 November, is a major forum for the international airline ground handling community, making it the ideal place for Parker to demonstrate its industry leading technologies.
Among the solutions being exhibited this year will be Parker’s icountACM20, a portable particle monitor. The icountACM20 has been specifically designed for use with aviation and diesel fuels, and provides airport and aviation operations professionals with a quick and easy two-minute, accurate fuel condition test. The system uses particle counting based on the principle of light obscuration to provide accurate contamination monitoring in line with ISO11171 and DEFSTAN.
Complementing the ACM20 is the icountPD on-line particle detector. The unit features continuous monitoring of system contamination trends, early warning LED or digital display indicators for low, medium and high contamination levels, and an optional moisture % RH LED indicator. This cutting edge laser-based technology helps operators to prolong fluid life and increase safety.
In addition to exhibiting its latest products, Parker will also be running a training workshop at the conference. The workshop will focus on methods of ensuring aviation fuels are kept free of contaminants using the latest particle and moisture contamination technology. Parker’s experts will also be on hand to answer any questions.
