A merger between the Miami based accounting firm Chaves & Armstrong, PA and the regional firm of Daszkal Bolton LLP effective December 1, 2009 has been announced. The firms will practice as Daszkal Bolton LLP and combine to enhance the firm's technical accounting and multinational tax practice. Chaves & Armstrong partners - Mark Chaves, CPA and Craig Armstrong, CPA will join the firm as Principals and the firm will retain key employees, which will be relocated to Daszkal Bolton's Sunrise office at the Sawgrass Corporate Center.
The Chaves & Armstrong merger will enhance Daszkal Bolton's SEC and international tax practices by adding significant depth and expertise to our technical accounting and multinational tax disciplines.
