Drooling over the $2,000 Motorola AURA? Well, most people out there are too, though not many people are rich enough to be able to drop 2 grand for a mobile phone. Of course, there are those who go down the clone route, which means the RicT-007 AVRA, which at first glance, could pass as a Motorola AURA. The phone is going for $145.99, though it certainly won’t come close to the real AURA in terms of packaging and prestige.
There are probably a lot of luxury phones in this world that we dream about, but can’t afford, and Motorola’s Aura is one of them. Fortunately, the Chinese are always willing to help, with the Wingtech D20, which looks like a cheap knock-off of the Motorola Aura. It may look like the Aura, but you certainly aren’t going to get top-notch features. You can find out more replica Motorola mobile phones on http://www.myluxphone.com.
You may love it, or hate it, but Motorola looks set to bring the design of its V70 phone back. Their upcoming Motorola AURA will feature the distinctive swivel design that appeared on the V70. The AURA will have a circular display that will be able to display 16 million colors in 300dpi resolution, which will be protected by a Grade 1, 62-carat sapphire crystal lens. The phone is also hand-sculpted, and will also sport Stereo Bluetooth connectivity. There currently isn’t any information on pricing on this phone just yet, but it doesn’t look like it will be cheap. Expect the phone to be out before 2009.
