This is a TV show that audiences have been waiting for ... 'Scottsdale BLVD' a 30-minute dramady based on a successful Los Angeles Real Estate Broker who hastily relocates himself and his only grown son to Scottsdale Arizona. No one can figure why he would leave his book of business, income, and certain career fame & power and hide out in the desert of Arizona ... even his own son doesn't understand the sudden move. He starts a humble real estate firm and hires an odd batch of eccentric characters (all local agents to Phoenix area) who seem to have their own secrets to keep. The storyline is gravitating while viewers get attached to the characters he hires for his new brokerage.
Randy Morchower has developed and written other works for film and theater. His 8 years of experience as a Realtor offers a unique insight in the world of real estate and into the minds of those who play the game. Randy uses personal experiences he's had with clients and others agents to tap into 'behind the scenes' knowledge in creating this TV series.
