Caterer Middle East magazine launched its first annual Caterer Middle East Awards this year to recognise the hard work and dedication of a variety of F&B professionals, outlets and companies across the region.
Amongst hundreds of nominations for 20 different food and beverage categories, the panel of judges, being industry experts, have announced all their final winners on www.hoteliermiddleeast.com in November and will also be featured in the December issue of Caterer Middle East magazine.
The Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek is delighted to announce that once more Uwe Micheel, Director of Kitchens, bags the title of Chef of The Year, following his recent award for Chef of the Year at the Hotelier Middle East Awards.
The panel of judges specifically pointed out Micheel’s dedication to his team and to his operation as well as to the community by his drive to boost up the region’s culinary scene through various initiatives that he has been rolling out.
The hotel achieved great additional results within its’ F&B department:

• Shortlisted in the top 3 Bar Managers of The Year: Mervyn Wasantha
• Shortlisted in the top 3 Catering Events of The Year: Zayed Future Energy Prize, Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek
