In general, such programs can be uninstalled using the standard Windows option Add or Remove Programs. To uninstall the conflicting application, please proceed as follows:
* Open menu Start -> (Settings) -> Control Panel.
* Double-click on Add or Remove Programs.
* Click on the program you want to uninstall in the list of installed programs and select Remove.
In case you encounter any issues with uninstallation of the program, i recommend to use a dedicated removal utility or instructions designed specifically for each program as stated in my website.
