SINGAPORE & TORONTO - callaccounting.ws announced today that it now offers a tailored set of call logging components exclusively for the ShoreTel UC product family. This new mechanism of interoperability provides seamless and dynamic integration for data collection and monitoring of calling activity.
The Call Accounting Mate data collection module can capture and retrieve ShoreTel UC CDR records utilizing either a network connection to the ShoreTel UC system or via a serial (RS-232) connection. The software collection module can be run as a service and eliminates the need for a buffer box.
Call Accounting Mate uses Javascript drivers for data translation. We collect data from various sources to a centralized database. The call detail recording (CDR) data is translated using special software drivers that can be dynamically modified and tailored to customer needs. Call Accounting Mate consolidates the records into a standard database for ad hoc queries, graphing and reporting. Our job scheduler can send reports to PDF or Excel formats, provide email notification and automated delivery.
