Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased retail space in Brentwood Commons to Fabrics, Etc. 2.  Specializing in fabrics, notions, sewing machines and classes, Fabrics, Etc. 2 leased 14,066 square feet of retail space and is slated to open for business in March 2010 at 1145 South York Road in Bensenville, IL.

According to Mike Streit, Regency Centers senior leasing agent, the 125,585 square foot shopping center is anchored by a 64,762 square foot Dominick’s supermarket along with national retailers including Subway, Great Clips, Payless ShoeSource, Dollar Tree and RadioShack.
