Independent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist Concentrix has been recognised as the Sage CRM Business Partner of the Year by Sage UK Ltd, the leading supplier of business software and services. The award acknowledges Concentrix’s commitment to Sage CRM, along with its expertise and strong annual sales of the popular mid-market product.
The achievement was announced at a gala dinner held by Sage in Newcastle on the 25th November. Ian Dawkins, Concentrix Managing Director, commented “Sage CRM has outstanding features and powerful CRM functionality which make it a key product for Concentrix. I’m really pleased that the dedication of Concentrix staff, their wide range of skills and deep understanding of the software has been formally recognised”.
