We got these great reasons to buy AWSL from a member.  Things are looking up for AWSL.

1.) They have a proprietary Converter/Inverter Technology (CIT) which
increases the AC electricity output of solar panels by up to 30%, which
gives them a huge advantage over the competition when installing their
rooftop solar energy parks.

2.) They are positioned extremely well in the province of Ontario which
recently implemented one of the strongest Renewable Energy Feed in Tariffs
(FIT) in the world, paying huge premiums for Renewable Power to companies
like AWSL. The province is paying the most for solar energy produced on
rooftops.


3.) They are aligned with one of North America's largest Commercial Realty
corporations, who have access to thousands of commercial rooftops in
Ontario, with the intentions of establishing leases with rooftop owners on
behalf of AWSL, in order for AWSL to supply and install, own and operate
potentially hundreds of solar rooftop energy parks in the province. The
power generated will be sold directly to the Ontario Power Authority (OPA)
at very high premiums. These contracts will be guaranteed by the gov't for
20 years.

4.) They have enough financing in place to implement their business model.

5.) Their management have put their money where their mouths are and has
reported buying their own stock like mad lately. This may be a sign of great
things to come. There's a million reasons why management sells, but  there
is only one reason they buy.

6.) they recently announced several LOI's and a purchase order for millions
of dollars in potential sales, and the company says this is only the
beginning.

7.) There was a short position of 140,000 shares reported on pinksheets.com
a couple of days ago, and a couple of AWSL's long investors just discovered
their accounts were being used to lend stock to the shorts, (without their
permission) ...therefore these investors just formally put a request in to
pull the stock from their accounts, forcing the shorts to cover their short
positions within the next few days. These shorts may be forced to buy the
stock from the open market, at no matter what the price of the stock is. In
other words, the same people who have been trying so hard to manipulate
AWSL's short price down, for them to profit, stand to lose a lot of money,,
and long ivestors could stand to make a lot of money on this play.

8.) Loyal shareholders of AWSL who hold stock by Dec. 14th will receive one
free share for every three shares they hold (a true dividend)....this also
means the shorts will also have to cover before this date, otherwise their
short position also grows by 25%...but keep in mind , their collateral will
be taken back in the next few days. This is about to get really interesting.
