Courtyard on Main Banquet Facility Hosts Governor Chris Christie

Chef Anthony Pane’, Executive Chef & co-owner of Courtyard on Main and Bistro Positano, the former Main Street Bistro, was proud to have Governor Elect Chris Christie in attendance at a wedding hosted in the upstairs catering facility.
“He was a terrific guy, very personable. Of course, we were all so excited to have him with us. You don’t really want to bother someone when they’re having a good time at a celebration, but he was kind enough to stop and say hello and take pictures with all of us.”
The bride, and groom who worked with Christie on his recent campaign, had a great time at the elegant facility. Guests enjoyed the cuisine and danced the night away.
Courtyard on Main seats 175 and is available year round for special events, fundraisers and of course weddings. Bistro Positano, the re-named Main Street Bistro is also available for smaller events and celebrations and will be unveiling new signage in the next two weeks.
The restaurant serves an original menu of mainly Italian food, based on the cuisines and foods of the town of Positano on Italy’s beautiful Amalfi Coast. “My parents came over to the this country and brought their own recipes and techniques, and I have the privilege of sharing them with my guests>’
Both the restaurant and the catering facility are BYOB and Chef Pane’ is happy to help make arrangements for beverages for catered affairs
