Pinnacle Medical Group creatively adds flair to its new Web site

A professionally designed, developed, and written Web site is important to getting found online and appealing to patients, especially for one of Florida’s most dynamic medical groups.

Pinnacle Medical Group, a Manatee County based group of primary and specialty care physicians, recently launched their Web site, www.pmgpa.com. The group chose JCTWEB.com to develop an interactive, easily navigable Web site that features every doctor and user-friendly functions.

The new Web site will help families and individuals looking for medical care because “it is more interactive, informative, and interesting,” says Stacey Mitchell, Pinnacle’s administrative assistant who manages the site. Plus, patients no longer have to visit their new doctor without putting a face to the name. The Web site showcases each doctor on his or her corresponding medical specialty page and includes a picture and brief biography.

The ability for online users to find one of Pinnacle Medical Group’s numerous health care clinics throughout Manatee County was considered in the site design and layout. The homepage features all the specialty services in clear and concise buttons. From cardiology to rheumatology, every patient can easily find a clinic’s address, read about a doctor, insurance information, and download patient forms – one of Mitchell’s favorite features.

“The comprehensive nature of the Web site will give Pinnacle’s patients the exact information they need which will keep them from looking elsewhere,” says John Tuncer, CEO of JCTWEB.com

Mitchell hopes the Web site’s format will keep viewers on the site “rather than a quick look and leaving either due to lack of information or difficulty maneuvering through the site,” she says.

The JCTWEB.com staff worked closely with Mitchell to develop the desired outcome. Mitchell enjoyed working with JCTWEB.com because of the staff’s “willingness to educate themselves on our practice and services provided and implement that on the site,” she says.
