(Miami, FL) – KSR and Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach hosted Rally for Kids With Cancer. This past Friday night, the Celebrity Draft Party was held at the beautiful Eden Roc Hotel to kick off the two-day charity event. The Rally for Kids with Cancer is where celebrity navigators and drivers maneuver through seven unique pit stops throughout the Miami area earning points in their quest to raise funds to help Jackson Memorial Foundation, International Kids Fund (IKF) and Holtz Children’s Hospital and provide hope that one day the end to cancer can be celebrated.
Music was helmed by Celebrity DJ Shogun, who kept the crowd grooving at the exclusive after party, with such notables as Adam Rodriguez (Actor, CSI: Miami), Eva La Rue (Actress, CSI: Miami), Gilles Marini (Actor, Sex and the City), Vivica Fox (Actress, Independence Day, Soul Food), Vanessa A. Williams (Actress, Imagine That), Bai Ling (Actress, Crank: High Voltage), Lennox Lewis (Former World Heavyweight Champion), Sofia Milos (Actress, CSI: Miami), Elsa Benitez (Super Model and Sports Illustrated Cover Girl), Tiny Lister (Actor, “Friday” series) and many more.
“Anytime that I have an opportunity to give back to the youth, especially those stricken with a serious disease such as cancer, I’m more than willing to donate my time. Rally for Kids with Cancer is a great event and I’m thankful I was able to participate this year,” says Shogun after wrapping the annual charity event.
