CT Real Estate rehab
The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing a real estate rehab meeting with Jason and George Chiodo. This event will take place on Saturday, December 12th, from 10:00am to 11:30am in Ansonia, CT. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the CT REIA website for address details. The price for this event is $10 for CT REIA members, and $15 for not-yet-members.
At this special meeting, Fabio Silva with Top Quality LLC and Jason and George Chiodo with CT Housing Services LLC will be showing the new house they are rehabbing. Fabio Silva is the feature contractor on A&E’s “Flip This House.” He will be showing the latest materials and rehabbing techniques, and how to maximize the appearance of home renovations. A gourmet kitchen, counters by Surface Creations LLC, and bathroom tile resurfacing techniques will also be exhibited.
Attendees of this event will learn: the scope of work and the decision process behind real estate rehabs, the cost of materials being used, and the various techniques behind rehabbing houses.
