Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and KCDI support St. Lucia Farmers

Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) collaborated with First Caribbean International Bank (FCIB) to assist Kevoy Community Development Institute(KCDI) of Jamaica to convene two(2) stakeholder consultations including a one day sensitization seminar to introduce their rural Farm Management Training Programme to 30 farmers and Agricultural Extension Officers in St. Lucia.

The Farmer Management Training Programme is designed to help farmers to appreciate the global context within which they operate and empower them with the knowledge and requisite skills to capitalize on emerging opportunities .
