Murfreesboro - Toot’s and The Learning Circle this week unveiled the final architectural renderings for their 2992 South Church Street location in Murfreesboro.
The structure of the existing building will remain intact, but the façade will be remodeled December 2009 through January 2010.
Mary Esther Reed, co-owner of the building and owner of The Leaning Circle, said, “When we bought the building in 2008 we knew it needed to be upgraded in many areas. With the addition of Toot’s South we knew it was time to make the investment to update the look of the building.”
“South Church Street is the fastest growing area in Murfreesboro,”
Wade Hays. “The new façade will have much more curb appeal and will fit in with newer buildings in the area.”
In addition to the building’s facelift, the parking lot will be reorganized to allow for more parking and access to Barfield-Crescent and South Church Street.
Hays continues, “Toot’s newest home on South Church is in a perfect location to serve our customers from south Murfreesboro as well as those in Canon and Bedford Counties.
“We renovated 6000 square feet. The restaurant will maintain the chain’s reputation of Good Food and Fun, but we’ve taken a new approach to the décor. We think our customers are going to love it.”
Nashville architecture firm Lowen and Associates, LLC prepared the architectural revisions for the shopping center using modern materials in a contemporary style.
The shopping center was purchased by Britt and Mary Esther Reed in fall 2008 and The Learning Circle moved into renovated space in January 2009.
The shopping plaza has two additional suites available for lease. For more information on these vacancies, please contact Scott Boles 615-351-6813.
