With Thanksgiving approaching, Value Floors Direct would like to take the time to thank all of their customers for their commitment to us in 2009. With their support, Value Floors Direct has seen unprecidented growth of over 400% in 2009 over 2008. As we continue to grow, we are commited to providing our customers the quality products at a great price supported by wonderful service.
Value Floors Direct has recently added some new products. We have added Qu-Cork, a supplimental cork line to our Natural Cork products. Realizing the beauty of cork along with the benefits of being recognized as a green product, Value Floors Direct is proud to extend their Green selections.
In addition to Qu-Cork, Value Floors Direct has expanded their tile lines to include Del Conca, Zirconia, and many others. In the next few months, we will be introducing more tiles lines, plus expanding into laminated flooring. While working on continuously expanding our products selection, we have also been working on our freight.
We have reduced our frieght by 5-10% across the lower 48 states. We have also incorporated heavily discounted pallet programs in 15 out of the 48 states. In our pallet program areas, we have been able to reduce our freight charges by up to 70%. In addition, on our residential deliveries, we have been able to offer liftgate service at no additional charge. At Value Floors Direct, great pricing is not the only benefit to our freight program, we are proud to report that less than 1% of all of our freight is damaged material. With 99% reliability, Value Floors Direct is truly a great place to buy flooring.
