As a result of this groundbreaking effort, Korea’s royal cuisine, culture and destinations were successfully introduced globally including America’s mainstream and high-end markets.

As a result of their work together, Corinne Trang featured Korea’s acclaimed royal cuisine in her groundbreaking book Essentials of Asian Cuisine (Simon & Schuster, 2003) as well as her subsequent books.
