IT support partner JMC has announced that it has once again passed its annual ISO 9001 quality audit.
ISO 9001 defines a company’s Quality Management System (QMS) standard, which is what organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved.
Having first received the accreditation in 2003 JMC is pleased to have achieved the recognition for the sixth year running. Sam Neal, marketing manager for JMC, commented: “The ISO 9001 standard demonstrates to both new and existing clients that we pride ourselves on delivering a high quality engagement and effectively utilise our back office systems to reduce the chance of mistakes.”
