Neil Kozokoff and Michael Barasch are bringing a combined 50 years of business experience to create Parkland Advisors, a real estate investment advisory firm dedicated to providing value-add real estate advisory services to private real estate investors and family offices and trustees, as well as attorneys, accountants and other professionals acting on behalf of their clients.
Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Parkland Advisors has extensive, long term, multi-cyclical experience in real estate investment, development, redevelopment, leasing and operations. This experience spans a wide array of product including retail, residential, commercial, and office.
Parkland Advisors works with privately owned real estate assets to maximize value, whether an individual asset or an entire portfolio. Value maximization is provided via numerous tested strategies.
