Our procedure is completely knife -free and utilizes micro surgical techniques to harvest each hair unit one at a time in a process called "Single Follicle Extraction & Transfer (SFET)". Dr. Sanusi Umar invented this unique procedure in order to enable the transfer of body and beard hair in the treatment of hair restoration. SFET is a more advanced form of the procedure largely referred to as "Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)". These hair units are then transplanted one at a time in the most natural fashion. Our technique is so minimally invasive to the extent that the signs of surgery are tiny wounds that typically heal up immediately within a few days. In addition, the treatment requires no knives, strip surgery or stitches, and therefore scarring and downtime are minimized. Best of all, because the procedure allows for the use of body hair, the number of transplantable hair is greatly increased.
