Different way to get new salespeople started

We actively contact these prospects and inform them that they have been invited to a one-of-a-kind, private sales event at your dealership for the purpose of providing training.  As a part of the program, each friend and family member that comes in during the event will receive two free airline tickets to any destination in the USA, just for coming to their scheduled appointment on time!  Additionally, if they purchase a vehicle during the event they will receive an “Inside Deal” not offered to the general public.  

A key feature of this training method is that the sales applicants will be able to practice the “Steps to a Sale” in a non confrontational environment away from the high-pressure of the sales floor with the friends and family members who know they have been invited to help with the training process.   These guests to your dealership will not be offended by miscues on the part of developing salespeople.  Also, by working with a friend or family member of another person in the class and vs. versa, the salespeople will feel less awkward about using the skills they are developing.
