This New Years Eve, help your community while experiencing the passion of Rio De Janeiro at Shriners Hospital for Children-Los Angeles's upcoming Rhythm & Rio Carnevale New Years Eve party!
Thursday, December 31st 2009 at the opulent South Coast Winery in Temecula, CA.
Rhythm and Rio's Carnevale will showcase a world of exotic samba dancers, strolling jesters, mystic tarot card readers, snake charmers and stilt walkers. Guests will dance the night away as pulsating Latin bands perform throughout the winery, feast on fabulous food in three beautiful restaurants and try their luck at fun-filled games of chance. Then they’ll ring in the new year with a festive balloon drop under the stars!
Proceeds from this event will allow SHC-LA to continue providing children in Southern California absolutely FREE medical coverage, especially helpful during these tough economic times, from a one-of-a-kind facility dedicated to improving the lives of kids living with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, cleft lip and palate deformities and more.

Shriners Hospitals for Children is in its 87th year and is a one-of-a-kind international health care system of 22 hospitals nationwide where over 1 million children, up to 18 years of age, with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft lip and palate deformities have been treated at absolutely no charge.
