LENEXA, Kan. – PlattForm Advertising has announced that its creative teams won 11 awards in the 2009 Marcom Awards competition.
The Marcom Awards are an annual marketing and communications competition that has grown to be the largest of its kind in the world. Winners range in size from individual communicators to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies.
“The Marcom awards recognize what we already knew – our creative teams are not only excellent at what they do, but also committed to our clients’ visions,” PlattForm CEO Dave Admire said.
Platinum awards went to:
• Milan Institute Hair Skin Business Viewbook – Design/Brochure category
• Milan Institute Hair Skin Business Viewbook – Brochure/Business to Consumer category
• MedVance Institute Motivational Poster Campaign – Marketing Campaign/Promotion Materials category
Winning gold honors were:
• Hallmark Institute of Photography “Capture Your World” brochure – Design/Brochure category
• www.friends.edu web site – Web Site Overall category
• www.ohiotechnicalcollege.edu web site – Web Site Overall category
Earning honorable mention were:
• TLC “Dignity” Video – Pro Bono category
• Argosy “Meet the Challenge” spot – Television/Single Spot category
PlattForm also won three awards, including a Platinum distinction, for its industry trade publication, Career College Central. The bi-monthly magazine was launched by PlattForm in January 2007 and has become the definitive voice of the career college sector of higher education.
