The VAT rate is due to revert back to 17.5% on 1st January 2010,
In addition to changing the default VAT rate, there is another consideration for Dynamics GP administrators.
Administrators will also need to alter the VAT rate for “In-Progress”
The alternative to changing each order manually is to use ISC Software Solutions VAT Converter utility which will change all VAT rates for “In Progress” orders automatically.
This program enables you to automatically recalculate all Sales Order and Purchase Orders (in progress) replacing the current Tax Schedule with the new Tax Schedule (VAT Rate). It does this by changing every relevant Sales and Purchase Order Line which in turn recalculates the overall total of each document.
