Bulk buyers have acquired 19 projects with nearly 1,400 units and 1.7 million square feet of space for more than $250 million since July 2008, according to the Condo Vultures® Bulk Deals Database™.
Four bulk condo deals have closed in November 2009 alone, with at least three more deals under contract and preparing to close.
