Children's Parties held a parents and babies morning in Dublin this morning to celebrate the launch of their new website offering parents the opportunity to organise their entire children's party online for free.
Speaking at the launch, managing director Karina Cotter spoke of the reasons behind their decision move their business online. "We first began organising children’s parties four years ago for our own children and then for friends and relatives too. Over the years parents all over the country were telling us the same thing - that they simply did not have the time or the energy to spend hours on end trawling through Google and the Golden Pages to organise every single aspect of their party.
" It was from this frustration that Childrensparties.ie was born. We set out to create a one stop children's party portal but as we spoke with more and more parents the idea evolved into what you see today; a website where you can organise everything from the party venue to party entertainers, party favours to gifts, balloons and bouncy castles in under 30 minutes.
"On top of this, parents can also register for free with the website and create their very own party page where they can create and send invites, keep track of all RSVPs, upload photos, create and send thank you cards and keep track of every aspect of the children's party organisation process."
Karina went on to add "To celebrate the launch we are also offering visitors to the website the chance to win a free party in the venue of their choice. All they need to do is visit the site and enter the draw!"
One of the guests in attendance, Sonia Keating from Donnybrook, Dublin has already organised her 5 year olds party through Children's Parties and spoke of her experience with the website. "I organised my eldest boy’s party myself a few years ago and I did find the experience quite frustrating. With this being my daughter's first year on what we parents call the party merry-go-round I heard about Karina from a friend and I actually spoke to her yesterday. That is when she told me about http://www.Childrensparties.ie. I visited the site this morning and organised my entire party in around 25 minutes and that includes sending out invites to 30 people. When I visited the site I was able to find and book a bouncy castle, organise balloons and book a clown in the same place. I also organised a Hannah Montana cake for the party which is something I used to hate doing before.
