International Property Investment Consultancy Property Frontiers has been recognised as one of the best estate agents in the world, by the Overseas Property Professional industry awards 2009, judged at the end of last month.
In the Best Estate Agents category, the winner was Atlantic Estate Agency (Portugal), and Property Frontiers was Highly Commended -- not bad considering the awards are entered by agents from all corners of the world.
The judges comments were: "Property Frontiers has built up an excellent reputation in this market for honesty and transparency, and has been asked to act as master agent on several developments."

It is even more special that Property Frontiers have won this award this year, because, according to the judges the standard of entry was much higher than last year.
“Feedback from judges was that the standard was much higher than last year,” said Alex Evans, Group Editorial Director of OPP and chair of the judging panel. “With entries from a broad cross-section of the industry – including agents, developers, introducer networks, media owners, and a variety of associated services – judges remarked that they had a real sense of an industry maturing, innovating and adapting to a new market.”
"Despite the downturn, the industry’s most pro-active and innovative property companies submitted some exceptional entries for this year’s OPP Industry Awards according to judges," says the opening line of the official press release.
The Judges of this year's awards were: Thijs Stoffer, president of ICREA; Paul Owen, chief executive of the AIPP; Ian Tonge, chairman of NAEA International;
